For all of you overthinkers :) (and not only!) Imagine you’re fully standing in your power and speaking your Truth, in everything you do, as a natural state of being. A version of you that doesn’t hold back and freeze from over-thinking, doesn’t speak just to please and/or doesn’t need to fight, argue, control - because there’s a deep knowing in your base - speaking & expressing yourself just comes out confidently, with respect and love. How does this feel to you? When we’ve been holding back our power, voice and truth for most of our lives, in the beginning it’s scary and messy to bring it up to the surface. But in the long run, not speaking our truth contracts our bodies and reduces our vitality - decreasing our joy and happiness. What if there was a safe space to practice bringing yourself back, into full Presence, full Truth in each moment. Would this be important enough for you to prioritize? We meet in an intimate group of 6-8 people, and we always start with very gentle practices, giving you the full power to increase the level of intensity/exposure as it feels good for you. The meetings take place weekly and you may join as often as you like. (There's also a practice group in Romanian, on Saturdays. Check the different event for this on the same website.)
