Join us for a cacao ceremony followed by a gentle vinyasa yoga flow under the open sky. Cacao has been used for centuries as a heart-opening plant medicine. Unlike coffee's jitters, cacao gives you a warm, grounded kind of energy, it gently opens the heart space and helps quiet the mental chatter so you can actually feel present in your body. We'll start the morning together in a cacao ceremony to open the heart and settle into the moment, then move into gentle gentle vinyasa yoga flow to let the body release the energy that’s stuck, and close it all with a sharing circle where we reflect together on what came up. The event take place on Saturday, July 25th 2026, starting 10.30AM and it will last around 90 minutes. It'll take place in Parcul Feroviarilor, Cluj-Napoca, a space where we can deeply connect with nature. The exact meet-up point will be shared with you personally after sign up. No experience needed, just bring your own mat and an open heart! The event will be held in Romanian if everyone in the group speaks it, otherwise, we'll switch to English.
