🌙 Under the last New Moon of the year, I invite you to a special workshop where movement, stillness, and words come together to shape what’s next. ✨ 💃 We’ll begin with free dance to release old energy, followed by a grounding yoga flow and a guided meditation to clear the mind and reconnect with intention. From this aligned space, we’ll move into a manifestation writing session, exploring how conscious language can help design the life we dream of. 🧘‍♀️ 🤍 You don’t need previous experience in yoga or writing — just curiosity and openness. This workshop is an invitation to slow down, tune in, and consciously plant the seeds for the year ahead. 🌱 📔 Bring your journal if you have one.
