🌙 On 10 October, as the New Moon moves through Libra, I’m inviting you to a session of movement, connection and stillness. Libra brings us back to balance, harmony and the relationships we create with ourselves and the world around us. We’ll start with free dance, letting the body move without rules and releasing whatever feels ready to go. From there, we’ll move into a yoga flow, using the practice to find balance in the body, and finish with a guided meditation to slow everything down and turn the attention inward.
