~ Presence as a lived, relational experience ~ Integrated Meditation weaves together stillness, guided attention, relational awareness & subtle somatic practices. This is not a silent retreat. And it’s not a performance of spirituality. Instead, it is a weekly practice space where presence is explored as a lived, embodied experience. We explore: - Presence that includes the body, not bypasses it - Awareness that can stay open even when emotions arise - Meditation as something you can carry into everyday life and relationships You’ll sit, move gently, listen & reflect — sometimes alone, sometimes together. This space is especially supportive if: - You struggle to “do meditation right” - You feel disconnected from your body during spiritual practices - You’re seeking grounding rather than transcendence You will be guided gently. No dogma. No forcing. Language of facilitation will be English. It was developed by Alina Mihai, whose work bridges somatic awareness, conscious communication & relational practices, shaped by both her Romanian roots and years of teaching & facilitating internationally. EMBREIS is not a method to follow or an identity to adopt, but a way of relating — to yourself, to others & to life — with greater truth, responsibility & aliveness. The work emphasizes nervous-system awareness, clear boundaries & the capacity to stay present in real human encounters, without bypassing, performance, or self-abandonment.
