[Scroll for English version] 🏵️ În 18 aprilie 2026 e mare sărbătoare! 😃 🕯️Se fac 10 ani de la nașterea Ecstatic Dance Cluj-Napoca 👼 10 ani de întâlniri de dans 💃🕺 10 ani de comunitate 🤗 10 ani de spații de siguranță pentru exprimare liberă prin mișcare. Pentru noi se simte o mare bucurie că am putut face asta atâta vreme și că de-a lungul anilor am adunat atât de mulți oameni frumoși prin dans. Suntem recunoscători că prin munca imensă depusă în toți anii ăștia, am creat împreună un soi de familie primitoare care trăiește și se recunoaște prin dansurile sale. Mulțumim fiecărui om care a venit la evenimentele noastre 🙏 Așa un moment merita un eveniment special, așa că ne bucurăm să-l avem pentru a doua oară alături de noi pe Nir de la Kulam Project 🌟 care va "dirija" o orchestră de muzicieni locali, pentru a crea o călătorie muzicală LIVE, spontană, plină de simțire și prezență. Tot într-un mod simbolic, această ediție se va desfășura la Casa Tranzit, locul unde s-a ținut și prima ediție Ecstatic Dance și casa noastră de dans pentru mulți ani. Vă așteptăm să celebrăm împreună! 🎉 Dansul ne aduce sentimentul de ACASĂ, o stare interioară de bine ❤️ putere blândă 💪 și nenumărate resurse pentru a gestiona lucrurile de zi cu zi. Ecstatic Dance este o mișcare globală, o petrecere conștientă, o ceremonie, o practică de mișcare, un spațiu sigur unde te poți explora și te poți bucura de tine, de ceilalți, de dans și de muzică! Te invităm să o folosești cu încredere. 🌟 Ne întâlnim pentru a ne exprima liber prin mișcare, într-un spațiu non-verbal, în care stările interioare se manifestă prin intermediul corpului. 🌟 Vino așa cum ești și mișcă-te cum vrei tu! 🙂 Ecstatic Dance este un eveniment, o petrecere, o ceremonie, o practică de meditație prin mișcare, un loc de explorare prin joacă în care dansul și mișcarea autentică devin căi de conectare la EMOȚII și senzații pe care nu le accesăm în viața de zi cu zi sau care nu și-au găsit contextul pentru a fi exprimate. Începem cu exerciții simple de mișcare pentru a ne încălzi corpul și pentru a ne familiariza cu spațiul și cu celelalte persoane. Urmează două ore și jumate de dans ecstatic, pe parcursul cărora MUZICA este singurul nostru GHID, colajul de ritmuri și melodii fiind creat ca suport pentru experimentarea unei game largi de trăiri. Apoi, spre sfârșitul călătoriei, muzica de relaxare ne invită la conștientizarea și asimilarea experienței avute. 🌟 Despre KULAM Project: Into the Here and Now The Kulam project is a Non Profit Association, World traveling live music and dance experience, Created by Live one-time orchestra. Free-flowing, completely improvised, live dance music journey full of passion, invention, creativity, drama, and most of all, grooves that are impossible to ignore. The project was born on the island of Koh Phangan in Thailand in January 2019; it grew faster than anyone expected and in a few months the full houses were getting out of hand. So far We have played hundreds of Events, with more than 500 musicians in many different countries and took thousands of people on an unforgettable trip. Kulam means “everyone” in Hebrew – We indeed involve everyone in the creative process. Without a rigid structure or sheet music to guide the players, they are completely naked and exposed before the audience, inviting the listener and the player alike into a space of total trust. The audience, have a space to forget about their fears, limitations, preconceived notions, and surrender to the flow of music, like the musicians before their eyes do. Acesta nu pune accentul doar pe actul în sine de a dansa, ci și pe angajamentul nostru conștient și intenționat în această acțiune. Ecstatic Dance este un spațiu de siguranță, acceptare și explorare, în care poți dansa fără a te preocupa de cum arată mișcările tale și în care îți poți lăsa corpul să se exprime cum își dorește. Astfel, este mai ușor să ne mutăm atenția din minte în corp și să găsim noi moduri de a ne exprima și/sau de a interacționa cu ceilalți. 🌊 Pentru o avea o experiență cât mai autentică, pe parcursul evenimentului NU se consumă alcool, tutun și alte droguri. 🌊 Putem dansa singuri, cu ceilalți sau putem sta și privi, respectând spațiul și pe ceilalți. 🌊 Nu este nevoie de experiență în dans. For us, besides all the hard work we did in all this years, there is a great joy coming from the fact that were able to do this and that, along the years, we gathered so many beautiful people through dance. We created a welcoming family that breaths and recognizes itself through its dances. We thank each one of the people who came to our events 🙏 To CELEBRATE we are happy to have Nir from Kulam Project together with a LIVE orchestra of local musicians that will guide our dance journey through improvised music filled with feeling and presence. We are also happy to host this celebration at Casa Tranzit, the place where we had our first dance and a house for our Ecstatic Dances for many many years. You are invited to move as the MUSIC inspires you and as your body wishes in a safe and non-judgmental space. This is an opportunity to exercise your body and mind, to process emotions, to EXPLORE and to PLAY, dancing alone or with other people or just sitting. We close with a session of relaxation music to integrate insights and connections into our beings. 🌟 Ecstatic Dancing reveals the possibilities, advantages and challenges of dancing, bringing AWARENESS not just to the activity itself, but also to our COMMITMENT and INTENTION towards this activity.
