Listening without fixing. ~ This is a weekly practice space for anyone who wants to relate more authentically — without hiding, being polite, projecting, discharging, or avoiding. We explore communication as a relational practice, not a set of scripts. You’ll learn to: - Speak from lived experience rather than explanations or judgments - Listen for what’s alive beneath the words - Stay present during discomfort, disagreement, or conflict This is practical, embodied & deeply human work — useful in all relationships, including work & intimacy. You don’t need to be “good with words”. You need honesty & curiosity. Language of facilitation will be English. It was developed by Alina Mihai, whose work bridges somatic awareness, conscious communication & relational practices, shaped by both her Romanian roots and years of teaching & facilitating internationally. EMBREIS is not a method to follow or an identity to adopt, but a way of relating — to yourself, to others & to life — with greater truth, responsibility & aliveness. The work emphasizes nervous-system awareness, clear boundaries & the capacity to stay present in real human encounters, without bypassing, performance, or self-abandonment.
